CHALLENGE:
Design a scalable multi-platform game publishing user experience solution that enables and facilitates game consumer, developer and game publisher interactions. Leveraging the CGC as an interconnected ecosystem for exclusive Catheon Gaming IP and a growing number of curated publishers, where users have a comprehensive overview of their in-game assets across games.

MY ROLE:
I partnered with management and development leads to uncover insights and translate concepts into features that address identified user behaviors, motivations and established business goals.
I created frameworks and prototypes to share the vision, design principles and content strategy. This helped to evangelize ideas, gain alignment and drive decision making.
I defined the solution with project manager and development partners, creating a product design specification. I evangelized user and balanced business goals. I prioritised and negotiated features for launch and beyond.
I designed across and collaborated with seven platform developers and their PM partners to translate product features for each platform context
I designed down bringing together existing IP, creating standardised design templates and leveraging tailwind to speed up design inside and out of CGC. I executed journeys, wireframes, prototypes and design specs.
I designed up and presented works to gain buy‐in from developers, executives, senior stakeholders and other Catheon teams working on separate IP throughout the project lifecycle.
